Dale's Maintenance Flooring Procedures

Jobs must be estimated by one of our staff for a true cost.

When comparing competitive bids on carpet and vinyl, please make certain that the carpet weights and types are comparable and you are comparing apples to apples on the vinyl product.

Price on carpet always includes remove and disposal of existing carpet and pad unless existing carpet is glued down. If a glue down carpet is to be removed there is a removal charge.

After the installation of carpet and vinyl we always vacuum the carpet and wife down the vinyl.

We do not install new vinyl over existing vinyl. Concrete, gypecrete and wood underlayment are always scrapped and prepped. Cost is based on time.

If floors are wood they may require underlayment.

Vinyl is installed without seams whenever possible.

Installation is guaranteed for 1 year if done according to product guidelines and Dale's Maintenance protocol.

All flooring installers for Dale's Maintenance are licensed, bonded and insured.
