24 HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE

Dale’s Maintenance, Inc. offers 24-hour emergency service. There is no monthly fee for this service. All after hours calls are screened by one of Dale’s Maintenance Managers to verify actual emergencies. We will then contact the Property Management Company the following business day and inform them of any emergencies that were called in by their tenants and how they were handled.

If it is something that can wait until regular business hours we will inform the tenant and contact the Property Management Company the following business day to inform them of the problem and obtain authorization prior to proceeding with any repairs. We DO NOT do lockouts of any type.
