Can I get an estimate over the phone?

Unfortunately, accurate estimates can not be given over the phones. Due to varying conditions encountered on construction projects, the only way to provide an accurate and cost efficient estimate is to visit the job site.

What is your hourly rate?

The hourly rate for plumbers, electricians and carpenters is $47.50 per hour, plus materials and mileage @ .75 per mile.  Overtime rates are $71.25 per hour, plus materials and mileage with a 1 hour minimum.  Sunday and Holiday rates are at $95.00 per hour, plus materials and mileage with a 2 hour minimum.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Overtime starts after 4:00 p.m. and ends at 8:00 a.m..  We also offer 24-hour emergency services.

Do I need to be home when the technician arrives?

No, we are licensed, bonded and insured and can make arrangements with you for entry and lock-up of the residence after work is completed.  However, sometimes it is helpful if the owner or tenant is present to point out any issues or concerns to the technician while he is there working on the job site.

What is your service area?

We service the Spokane and surrounding areas.  To include all of the Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho.

What types of flooring do you install?

Carpet, Vinyl, VCT (vinyl composition tile), Laminate, pre-engineered hardwood flooring, tile, decks and patios for residential and commercial.  We also do heat weld vinyl for commercial applications.

Do you do hardwood flooring?

We do not sand, refinish or install true hardwood flooring. We will install laminate and pre-engineered flooring.

Do you remove the exisiting vinyl or lay over top?

We always removed the existing vinyl before installing new.

Do estimates for new carpet & pad include removing existing material?

Yes.  We do not have an additional charge to remove or dispose of the existing carpet and pad from your home providing we are installing new.  It is a part of our everyday low price.
