Pricing

Hours of Operation

Our normal hours of operation are 8am to 4pm Monday thru Friday.

Hourly Rate

Our normal hourly rate is $47.50 per hour, 1 hour minimum plus supplies and mileage $.75 per mile.

Charges

Normal charges start from current location and stop upon completion.

Overtime

Overtimes charges are between 4pm and 8am Monday thru Friday and all day Saturday and will be billed at $71.25 per hour, 2 hour minimum, plus supplies and mileage @.75 per mile from home base to home base.

Sundays & Holidays

Sundays and Holidays will be billed at $95.00 per hour, 2 hour minimum, plus supplies and mileage @.75 per miles from home base to home base.

24 Hr Emergency Service

Dale's Maintenance has a 24 hour emergency service is provided at no cost other than the charges listed above.

After Hour Calls

All after hour calls are screened by Dale's  managers to determine actual emergencies.
